Tips on how to slim down within 5 days

Eating correctly and healthily is also important to losing weight quickly: Lot's of people eat very late at night and expect to lose weight in their dreams, well the fact is ,slimming down is every ladies dream and is also easy to achieve by eating healthy and avoiding late night meals.

Exercise every day.

Avoid carbs. ...Carbohydrates are energy giving foods, and do not encourage good bowel movements, so there for they aren't the best choice of meals for anyone who wants to lose weight.

Reduce your calories. ...

Eat a piece of fruit before your meal. ...Fruits are very good for every individual who wants to slim down , because in place of food you can take cucumbers which cleanses the body system.

Take deep, slow breaths for 10 minutes every day.
